Shieldroof Services did a great job on both of my houses. As a semi-retired building contactor, I chose Shieldroof Services by their reviews on several sites and the great price. First, their team re-roofed our back two story house with a torch down 2 ply product for the flat roof. That came out great and on time, so we hired them to remove 3 layers of roofing on our other pitched roof front house in PB. The also added new sheathing over the old skip sheathing that was used for the original layer of wood shingles and finished with a 50 year comp shingle product. Now we have our new Solar panels installed as well. We are very happy with our new roofs and highly recommend them. We're keeping their sign up for months out of admiration for Jorge and his family business.

I reached out to Shieldroof Services through the Yelp app to get a quote for roof repair. Jorge responded quickly, offering to come out to the house the next day to provide a quote for the work. He was prompt, friendly, professional, and offered a very competitive price to do the repair as well as to service some other areas needing maintenance. Jorge was able to get his crew over and complete the work the very next day and in only a few hours time. We were so impressed with the process from start to finish. Will definitely be calling again for any roofing needs.

Jorge and his crew are absolutely top notch professionals. They arrived at my place of business 15 minutes early and had one day to complete three separate roofing areas. One clay tile and two flat areas. All three were complete tear offs with wood repair required. The crew cleaned as they worked and no debris was left behind. He had the work finished one hour prior to the scheduled deadline and did a personal walkthrough with me. He kept a crew standing by in case there were any requests by me. Needless to say, the work was impeccable, and no further work was needed. His price was perfect, I paid for quality work and it is exactly what was delivered. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! we had signed a contract with SD Roof, but turns out they don't appear to do the work anymore, but instead subcontract out. we feel lucky that Shieldroof Services showed up to do the work. The employees were all friendly, professional, did an excellent job, and worked hard on the cleanup. When we later contacted Shieldroof Services for one small concern, a friendly employee, Carlos, showed up the very next day and quickly took care of it....unlike SD Roof who refused to respond to our texts! we are very happy with their work and how pleasant all the employees are.

Having owned homes in Chicago prior to retiring to San Diego, I was reasonably knowledgeable about asphalt shingle roofs, but the tile roof on my home here was a whole new "ball game". After interviewing several roofing contractors, I made the wonderful decision to go with Shieldroof Services. Not only did they do an excellent job of dealing with the unusual challenges of my roof (multiple skylights of different types, solar panels, etc.), their crew were here on time every day exactly as scheduled. Not only was their staff highly skilled and knowledgeable (I'm a retired engineer so I ask lots of questions; that's how you learn), they couldn't have been nicer.
